Introducing The Wild Cellar
The Wild Cellar is the next chapter for Wiltshire Wine — a proper home for everything we love about wine, community, and a really good time. Think a relaxed, welcoming wine bar and shop where you can come in for a glass, pick up something special to take home, and stay longer than you planned.
Alongside the bricks and mortar, The Wild Cellar will also take to the road — pop-ups, markets, events and festivals across Wiltshire and the South West. Wine where you are, when you want it.
What to expect
The Wild Cellar will be everything a great wine bar should be and nothing it shouldn’t. No intimidating wine lists, no pretension, no feeling like you need to know what you’re talking about before you walk in. Just a warm space, brilliant wines, and people who genuinely love what they do.

The story so far
The Wild Cellar grows out of Wiltshire Wine — the community tastings, the private events, the passion for finding wines that genuinely excite people. Giles Shaxted, WSET qualified and based in Avebury, has spent the past few years introducing North Wiltshire to wines they didn’t know they’d love. The Wild Cellar is where that journey goes next.
