Wine should be exciting, not intimidating.
I’m Giles — WSET qualified, obsessively curious about wine, and based right here in Avebury. I’ve spent 25 years in hospitality, dined at Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and sat on the other side of the table watching great sommeliers do their thing. What I learnt is this: the best wine experience isn’t about impressing people — it’s about connecting them to something they didn’t know they’d love.
That’s what Wiltshire Wine is built on. Whether I’m guiding a tasting in a village hall or helping you choose a bottle for a special occasion, I bring the same genuine passion and zero snobbery.
